Visibility: Landowner of mill gave permission to view Mill House garden from his land (sister owned Mill House)
Micro climate: Sheltered close to river Ure
Buildings: None visible
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: None
Planting: 4 large old apple tree; half of orchard nearest house developed into garden
General Condition: Neglected and overgrown

Additional Information

Slim strip of orchard shown on 1851 OS map on south bank of River Ure.
Now developed as garden and a few old apple trees remain.
On private property.
