South boundary: Lower wall to road, ashlar, shaped
East boundary: Wall
West boundary: High hedge, holly
Buildings: Timber greenhouse
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: S, high iron entrance gates, stone gateposts
Natural features: Slopes to E.
Planting: Fruit trees near road – 1 pear, 1 apple.
General Condition: Quite good
