Site Access: View from road to south of farm
Visibility: Good
North boundary: 5ft dry stone wall of dressed stone
South boundary: 5ft dry stone wall of dressed stone
East boundary: West wall of adjacent barn
West boundary: 5 ft dry stone wall
Buildings: N/A
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: N/A
Planting: 11 fruit trees in two rows, predominantly apple
General Condition: Some maintenance on smaller trees; 3 very large and unpruned , 6 severely pruned, 2 smaller trees unpruned.

Local knowledge: Orchard belongs to the Home Farm (built in latter quarter of the 19thC for the Bewerley Hall estate
