Site Access: Through private drive alongside house
Visibility: Not visible
Micro climate: Sheltered
North boundary: Land rises giving protection
South boundary: House
East boundary: Piggery
West boundary: Extension of orchard
Buildings: None
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: Open gateway and unmade paths
Planting: Orchard in 2 sections: older section (10m x 20m) with 3 (once 5) large apple trees, 1 prostrate laden with fruit; fenced area (60m x 40m) with 1 upright old apple tree, 1 prostrate old apple tree, plus 7 newly-planted apple trees (one 5-yr-old tree bearing fruit)
General Condition: Old apple trees now protected by fence; new ones competing with dock & grass
Recommendations: NFA
