Site Access: From public highway and Ripon Rowel Route
Visibility: Poor with binoculars from road blocked by barns
Buildings: Not visible
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: None visible
Planting: Possible new planting of conifers in general area of old orchard
General Condition: See planting above
Other comments: Not visible from Ripon Rowel because of hill contours
