Site Description: Orchard to E of farm
Site Access: View from public footpath
Parking: On road nearer to reservoir
Visibility: Good, footpath alongside
Micro climate: Exposed to E, but sheltered from W and SW by farm buildings.
North boundary: Stone wall, about 1 metre high
South boundary: Stone wall, about 1 metre high, small gap in wall.
East boundary: Stone wall, about 1 metre high
West boundary: Stone wall, about 1 metre high, gap in wall.
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: None
Natural features: Rough grass, nettles.
Planting: Eight fruit trees still standing
General Condition: Not well maintained, apple tree still fruiting.
