Visibility: Surrounded by high stone wall.
Micro climate: Sheltered
North boundary: River Ure
South boundary: High Stone Wall
East boundary: High Stone Wall
West boundary: High Stone Wall
Buildings: None
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: None
Water features: Swimming pool (new)
Other man-made features: Tennis court
Planting: Orchard: 2 old trees near tennis court (close to orig site) - 1 apple, 1 pear
General Condition: Orchard gone, now tennis court. Gardens redeveloped - well maintained
Possible contact: N/A
Local knowledge: Owner confirmed garden as 3-acre, largely remodelled. Some specimen trees from the 1840's period survive inc. crab apple & Quercus Ilex
Other comments: House built 1840s.
