Adjoining garden features appear to include a small orchard to the S of the house, and a looped path/perimeter walk around the plot to the immediate W. OS Plot no 660, acreage 0.837.

General Condition: Overgrown and neglected

Other comments: Orchard area to S now built over, no sign of fruit trees to E, replaced with conifers? Formerly the residence of the head gardener of Mowbray House, sold in 1952
