Site Description: Garden complex
Site Access: Public rights of way through and to N of property
Visibility: Good in part
Micro climate: Rather exposed, but house faces S
North boundary: Fence 1 – 1.5 m high
South boundary: Fence 1 – 1.5 m high and high hedge
East boundary: Fence 1 – 1.5 m high
West boundary: Fence 1 – 1.5 m high
Buildings: None
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: Nothing visible
Water features: Remains of weirs on river visible, pond site on map not visible, pond may no longer exist. OS maps 1890s – 1920s suggest river straightened and widened, but now silted up and naturalised.
Other man-made features: None visible
Planting: Woodland area to N similar in size to 1929 OS map, mixed woodland.
General Condition: Grounds modern and tidy
