Visibility: Viewed from the road on south, poor as obscured by Laverton Hall.

East boundary: Stone Wall
West boundary: Not visible
Buildings: Cluster of inhabited buildings
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: Gravelled driveway (private) . Entrance flanked by stout stone pillars bearing name plate of property
Water features: None visible
Other man-made features: Tennis Court
Natural features: Mature trees both deciduous and coniferous to E of property
Planting: Ornamental blossom trees visible from the road
