Site Access: View from village green and road to SW
Parking: On road past village green
Visibility: Not good, high walls.
Micro climate: Fairly sheltered
North boundary: Not visible
South boundary: Wall 3m high
East boundary: Wall 3m high and hedge
West boundary: Not visible
Buildings: Roof of large house visible, and former outbuilding now converted to dwelling.
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: Drive to main house, gateway with iron gates
Water features: Not visible
Other man-made features: Steps on E side leading up a slope
Natural features: Not visible
Planting: Visible planting modern
General Condition: Good

Other comments: Now known as Galphay Manor. Gardens appear to be split between main house and former outbuilding.
