Site Description: Property to E of Thornton Beck named as Park House
Visibility: Good
Micro climate: N/A
North boundary: Small walled front garden on front of property – facing east
East boundary: 1m wall on east to south
West boundary: High wall to west
Buildings: N/A
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: Path from side gate giving onto lane to front door
Planting: One elderly apple in front garden, lawn, a few bedding plants
General Condition: Tidy
Local knowledge: House built early 1800 outside boundary of medieval parks, current owner states a few fruit trees were present in 1944 in close to west of house – now occupied by a barn
