Site Access: Foopath (Nidderdale Way) to SW of boundary
Visibility: Good
Micro climate: N/A
North boundary: Not visible (house?)
South boundary: Dry stone wall
East boundary: Dry stone wall
West boundary: Dry stone wall
Buildings: None
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: Stone path from cottage into orchard/garden area
Other man-made features: Short length of wall separates garden from orchard (approx 2 - 2.5m); larger rounded stones & alcove (bee bole?) continues with hawthorn hedge
Planting: Old fruit trees (3 apple/1 pear) plus 2 new apple trees; ornamental garden below orchard
General Condition: Overgrown; house being restored
Local knowledge: Neighbour recalls large espalier pear on gable end (W) of cottage
Recommendations: NFA
