East boundary: Iron fence, yew hedge
West boundary: Iron fence, beech hedge
Buildings: Outbuildings including: glasshouse, summerhouse, storage under lawn, boiler room, two-storey outhouse
Walkways / Gateways / Paths etc: Edged pathways, limestone edging, iron stile
Water features: Pond
Other man-made features: Sundial, millstones, tennis lawn, rockery
Natural features: Beck in steep valley, fossils, whalebone?
Planting: Many ornamental trees, old roses, yew hedge, topiary hedge, ferns
General Condition: Partly overgrown
